To me it looks dark brown, not quite black but not far from it. Left part. Always left.

And here's the Arda listing for that wig. Of the colors available, I really think dark brown is the best. Plus I'm familiar with the color and I know it looks good on me.
Wig styling is more than I'm used to having to do, but it at least seems doable for even a novice like me.
